Request Account Deletion
At iWitty, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. In compliance with Google Play policies, we provide a way for you to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your chat history, generated images, and personal settings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your data:
Option 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account directly from the app settings:
- Open the iWitty app.
- Go to Settings (Profile icon).
- Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting our support team. We will process your request within 7 days.
Please send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Send Deletion Request
Data that will be deleted:
- Account profile information (Email, Name)
- All chat history and conversations
- All generated images and saved content
- Device identifiers associated with your account
Data retained:
- We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention), as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
